And explain to them that most buyers are going to have a whole house inspection and an appraisal for the lender.
And both of those are opportunities for that buyer to essentially renegotiate the transaction. Either the seller can do those repairs and updates that the inspection has identified, or the buyer can walk. And those are all things that a seller really doesn’t know what’s going to happen until they’ve gone through that process. And had that happen.
The education of letting them know that with a home buying company, the seller does not have to do any repairs or updates, that they don’t have to take any stuff out of the house that they don’t want to.
