With us, we sometimes can buy your house but then allow you to stay in the house for 30, 60, sometimes 90 days so that you can make that transition to your new home or apartment at your convenience, so that you are in control of the possession and closing date for the house.
Again, we do everything that we can to make it as easy, stress-free, hassle-free as we can for you, the home owner to make that transition.
