Hi. My name is Ben Souchek, and I have a company called Home Downsizing Solutions, where we purchase homes directly from sellers. I am also an agent with eXp Realty. I don’t really act like an agent in that I don’t list houses, I don’t represent buyers or sellers typically, but I do have a license.  Our primary focus is to find solutions for home sellers that want to sell a house. In our case, we primarily focus on buying. But I do work with agents in situations where our company buying the house isn’t always the right solution. We do work with agents to market houses in a traditional manner.
